Spring Wild Edible & Medicinal Plant Walk

Join us on April 11th, 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM for a guided spring herb walk at Earthstar Farm, located in the foothills above Boulder, Colorado.

As the land begins to awaken, we will explore the gardens and surrounding meadows to identify wild edible and medicinal plants that emerge in early spring. This hands-on herbal class offers an opportunity to learn directly from the land while deepening your understanding of how seasonal plants support the body’s natural cycles of cleansing, nourishment, and renewal.

During our time together, we will:

  • Identify early spring wild edible and medicinal plants

  • Learn how these herbs support the body in spring

  • Discuss traditional and practical uses of seasonal herbs

  • Prepare and enjoy wildcrafted edible snacks (gluten-free and dairy-free)

  • Plant and take home your own spring medicinal herb

  • Cultivate a deeper connection with the land and the living world of plants

This class is open to all levels, from those new to herbalism to experienced practitioners. Whether you are beginning your journey with plant medicine or continuing to deepen your relationship with herbs, this is a space to learn, observe, and connect.’’
