Come celebrate the beauty and benefits of Saint John's Wort and the summer solstice with us at Earthstar Farm! Together in community, we’ll harvest St. John’s Wort flowers, explore its traditional uses and spiritual/energetic properties, & make beautiful medicines.
Enjoy a day filled with connection to place and like-minded community, ethical harvesting, and plenty of opportunities to learn about this amazing plant. Whether you're a plant lover or just looking for a day to honor the solstice, join us up Sunshine Canyon in Boulder to honor the Summer Sun.

Plant Spirit Medicine with Saint John's Wort & Solstice Blooms

Drop into the day with a plant spirit medicine class! Together in community, we will experience flower essences, sacred plant brushings, make plant talismans, and work with the energies of blooming plants on the farm such as Saint John's Wort, Yarrow, Mugwort, & more.

Medicine Making with Saint John's Wort

Learn about the traditional, energetic, spiritual, and medicinal properties of Saint John's Wort in this medicine-making class. Participants will get hands-on experience creating herbal tinctures, glycerites, and infused oils.
Pick Your Own St. John’s Wort - June 28th, July 4th & 5th
Join us at Earthstar Farm as we harvest Certified Organic St. John’s Wort.
Our field of St. John’s wort is USDA Certified Organic, and located in within and in-between the Sacred Spaces of the Starhouse. Join us for a day in the field and harvest as much fresh St. John’s wort as you would like to make your own tinctures, oils, glycerites, and salves.
Pay for what you pick!
We charge by the ounce, so come out, harvest what you can use, and pay us before you leave. Pick your own cost is $1.50/oz fresh, and $2.50/oz if we harvest for you.
Show up any time between 9 am and 1 pm to harvest.

Garden Volunteer Work Day - July 18th
Join us on July 18th, 9 am - 12 PM for a fun work day at Earthstar Farms!
We will be building a new compost bin, repairing our old bins, and digging grasses out of beds that have been resting so we can plant out herbs!
We have the tools! Just bring your gloves and be ready to learn, build, and dig!
When we are done working, we will all sit int he garden for a community picnic where we can connect the plants and planets, with the people who love them.
